Clinical guidance
For room planning, product comparison, and care setting recommendations.
Send a question about dental equipment, infection control supplies, service planning, training, or a phased purchasing project. The more context you include, the faster Btl can route the conversation to the right advisor.
For room planning, product comparison, and care setting recommendations.
For preventive maintenance, repair triage, asset planning, and installation questions.
For bundle requests, value analysis support, distributor coordination, and quote revisions.
A useful first note usually includes facility type, number of rooms, expected timeline, current equipment concerns, and whether you need products, service, training, supplies, or a full planning discussion. If you are preparing a value analysis packet, include the committee deadline and any required documentation format.
Btl does not treat every inquiry as a sales lead with the same script. A dental clinic opening two rooms needs a different conversation than a hospital replacing autoclaves across multiple departments. A sourcing team may need comparable bundles, while a service manager may need maintenance coverage and spare parts assumptions. Sharing the role of the people involved helps us respond with the right level of detail.
After receiving your request, the advisor team reviews category fit, service geography, and documentation needs. If the request is outside our current product scope, we will say so plainly and suggest what information you should ask from another vendor.
